The Latitude (Chinese: 譽·港灣), formerly known as Rhine Harbour (Chinese: 萊茵港) during its construction stage, is a newly completed private housing estate located at 638 Prince Edward Road East, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, near Kai Tak metropolis. There are five residential towers with a total of 1,100 flats. Formerly San Po Kong Magistrates' Courts and San Po Kong Government Offices, the estate is developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and was completed in 2010.[1][2]
A 210,000-square feet shopping mall called Mikiki occupies the lower levels of the residential development. The mall was opened to the public since July 2011. The name of the mall, "Mikiki", is a Japanese term meaning "to see and to experience".
The theme of the mall is "Shopperience – Shop + Experience". Upon its full opening, the mall will house over 100 shops and restaurants.
